Pros
There are some incredible providers with good work ethic and flexibility. Very great opportunity for beginning medical assistants.
Cons
The pay is pretty terrible and management has some serious issues. In all actuality the head manager behaves like a toddler when managing problems in the workplace. She threw weekly tantrums that could be heard throughout the clinic. There was no intervention by management when certain providers would sexually harass, patronize, or disrespect the medical assistants.
