Fair compensation, remote work, useful product.

Cons

Parent company killed off culture that was already fading away since going public. From work life balance to work life integration (quote from IFS executive - work on your phone while you are out for diner).

Pros

Company culture supports growth and innovation. Leadership direction is clear and thoughtful. The organization is evolving appropriately to grow market dominance. Management team is doing a good job introducing structure that enables scale while empowering individuals and teams to do the right work quickly. Work is important and interesting. Would highly recommend as a workplace.

Cons

Nothing of significance comes to mind.

Work from home/anywhere makes it possible to balance work/life. All the best technology and tools.

Cons

Lost tons of good people and knowledge after the layoffs, still busy rebuilding.
