Pros
Working closely with senior managers, short chain of command and very 'personal', 'friendly' environment. Communication is fairly open and there is a wealth of expert knowledge.
Cons
Sometimes the company feels like it lacks direction, or is quick to change strategies. Training/upskilling and career progression aren't a day to day focus. Often feeling short staffed.
