The only positive thing I can draw from my years at Cordant would be that I met a few nice colleagues.
Cons
Awful place to work and I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to work here!! At least one person leaves every single month!! Manager sits on the phone all day talking to other managers about how busy she is when she actually doesn't lift a finger while criticising everything her staff are doing, first out the door at 5:30pm while staff stay until at least 7pm every day. Management don't care about staff well-being and first to throw staff under the bus when senior management come in. Only thing that is important is making their bonus!! Countless people have left and senior management are too blind to recognise they are losing good staff while keeping someone that does nothing all day. Sincerely hope that senior area management start to look at what is happening in the branch and actually do something about it!
