Pros
Cordant is great place to work . The staff are GREAT to work with and are willing to help with learning and assisting. Flexible work hours and you get to work with a great group of people on a daily basis. You are also able to help your community with the drug and alcohol epidemic.
Cons
You have to start at the bottom until you can prove to your workers and supervisor that you know your job , willing to train others and you can move up in the company.
