Pros
If you have a good rapport with the employer then everything is a pro.
Cons
Can't really count the cons. There are so many. You have no freedom of thought. You will have to follow what your boss says from designing to final product the boss will enforce his ideas and if you make any change you will get a thrashing from him. No scope of growth. About the policies someone needs to really educate them about the corporate policies in the market. They can hire and fire you anytime and if you choose to leave on your own you will be troubled with your FnF. A very small setup with 15-20 people and no new work to do. No taxable income, no pf, no gratuity. Bad location, bad infrastructure and worst policies. No security for female employees. You work till 11 or 1 at night and you will be asked to take an uber. Company will not make any transport arrangement and there is no work from home policy. You are expected to work for 10-12 hours and if you leave on time as per your 9 hours work, you go in the bad books of the boss who will then harass you in different ways. Save your future don't join this place.
