The company is on a downwards spiral, no support, not paid on time. Never get a payslip. Don’t pay your pension. It’s seen as wrong to finish work at your correct time, staying later keeps you out of the firing line. If you ask for advice or some sort of clarification with your contract you will be waiting months to just get a simple answer. Forget ever wanting to actually take holiday because you’re expected to still work even if you’re off.
