      Pros

      Colleagues are the best people I've ever worked with. My supervisor is one in a million - I don't think I can ever find another one of him in this world.

      Cons

      Upper management is extremely biased and practices selective merit increases. Lab equipment is very old and looks like it belongs in a museum. Management can be extremely petty and reneges on their promises. New employees' salaries are shockingly higher than longer serving employees.

      Pros

      Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

      Cons

      Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
