Exploitative Working Conditions 3.1 Employees may be required to work 12+ hour night shifts, without overtime compensation. 3.2 Workload expectations are unsustainable and disregard basic labor standards. 4. Leadership Issues 4.1 The company president demonstrates erratic leadership, changing direction frequently and unpredictably (every week, basically). 5.
