      A great atmosphere with hard working employees. Management is dedicated to promoting within and establishing a great culture at work.

      Cons

      The industry is forever changing so securing and holding onto business partnerships can be challenging. The Sales team has to stay ahead of the game and on their toes.

      Pros

      Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

      Cons

      Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
