Cons
Watch your back at all times, backstabbing is rampant at every level. The disorganization is astounding. The owner is clueless and his word is absolutely meaningless, he has no honor and no morals. If you have knowledge and skills you will be brought on at the lowest possible salary with promises of big bonuses that never materialize. You will then be used to save yet another screwed up project before being run over by the bus that you are thrown under. I strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you have no other options, and always be looking to get out, be assured the owner is always looking for your replacement.
