Core Realty Holdings has by far been my favorite place to work, everyone is beyond helpful and overall enjoyable to be around. Even being a small company, the opportunities for growth are endless and I greatly look forward to continue working here for years to come. Things are also extremely open, you could walk straight into the CEO's office and crack a joke that is guaranteed to be graciously accepted. One of the extreme strengths of this office is its casual to professional ratio. Everyone's uplifted cheery attitude helps to build connections and collaborate to complete tasks while the professional knowledge and get-it-done focus is unparalleled. Marc Raskulinecz embodies this philosophy and proves time and time again to be extremely successful in managing multi-family residential properties, commercial properties, as well as day to day corporate tasks while maintaining a high level of open communication with all employees. This company has beyond earned my respect in many aspects and I greatly enjoy working here. It's great to do work that you enjoy doing because it ends up not feeling like work at all.
