Inept startup going nowhere - IT Support Engineer Core Spaces Employee Review

Fun fact - for those who know, Kam's is a well-known bar in Champaign. Core Spaces one day decided to tear down the old location of Kam's in the campus downtown area to build a new student housing high-rise in its place. Core Spaces worked with the bar to relocate them to a property owned by....you guessed it....Core Spaces. In this premeditated move, Core Spaces now charges Kam's substantially more in rent - somewhere around three times the previous amount, in fact. This is called rentflation. If you keep reading reviews, you'll notice that rentflation is this company's specialty. To recap - this company will evict you and allow you to reapply as a tenant at much higher rental rates; steal your rental payments altogether by not providing proper, positive tenant/landlord experiences; derail careers by laying off employees for leadership greed-related purposes; and/or demolish property so it can exponentially profit off of the vulnerable.
