We would appreciate your initiative in reaching out to the People Operations team to help you, or we encourage you to meet with your manager's leader. We do recognize that sometimes a leader's approach to check-in on progress may be perceived as overly prescriptive when a team member has performance opportunities.
Regarding turnover, it is significantly below the industry benchmark, and the last employee opinion survey, almost 9 out of 10 team members noted Core Spaces as a good place to work. So please let us help you work through the challenges you are facing.
