      -Great company culture, good communication -Better than standard benefits (my PPO plan fully covered, 100% matching 100% vested 401k) -Keep breakroom stocked with free snacks and drinks -Fly everyone to Florida for Christmas party -Cares for employees -Good work portfolio, growing opportunity

      Cons

      -Slightly below average wages -Management agrees to unreasonable deadlines to please client -Does not pay overtime -IT issues with many small offices and small IT staff, but mostly OK now, they were aware and fixed
