Pros
Barghausen has great managers and project engineers that do great at helping you grow professionally and interpersonally. They are supportive and provide you with all the necessary tools to do your job well. The company culture is very welcoming and friendly, and they do well at providing opportunities to meet and talk to other coworkers.
Cons
It can at times be a bit quiet but much of that is due to COVID and people slowly transitioning back into the office.
