Easy place to work as there is hardly anyone around to tell you what to do or correct you.

The BCBAs and owner are never in the office. You typically need to email and text a supervisor 5 times before an email can be answered. The owner claims to address and work on communication issues but it never gets resolved as she herself does not respond to emails or phone calls. Schedules can change at anytime and you can often show up for work at your scheduled time and find that your hours for the day have disappeared without anyone informing you. The entire office seems to operate off a philosophy of being reactive instead of proactive.
