Pros

Excellent executive & senior leadership and CEO, with many dedicated and hardworking staff across the organization.

Cons

Certain senior managers and directors lack clarity about their responsibilities. Some tend to micromanage their teams rather than focusing on actual managerial duties, which often results in team members completing the work while managers take credit for it. Even within the best teams, workload distribution is inconsistent. Some employees are overloaded with work while others contribute only the minimum and are able to coast. Feedback mechanisms are also problematic, with gossip sometimes being treated as legitimate feedback instead of relying on structured, constructive communication. There is a noticeable lack of clear managerial direction. Work overload, weekends, late nights, Ramadan hours are not respected. Employees are not respected but belittled as if they were not hired on merit. Unfortunately, the workplace culture has deteriorated, and there appears to be little effort to address these issues. Many staff members are frustrated and disengaged. If given the opportunity to move to another company, it is likely that the majority of employees would seriously consider leaving. There’s zero care for employees, employees are seen as robots

Pros

Apart from a good compensation and a good work location nothing else

Cons

- Pathetic with no leadership skill, are the leaders, puppets of the Group - Hiring own known people, relatives...most non compliant company I have ever seen and HR seems to care the least including the CHRO who only holds the mic to give away awards that has not been even awarded transparently - No career growth, high performing ppl will be fired to save some of the favourites - No transparent communication or performance review - Worst HR who only dances in the tune of the business leaders, no decision making power or empowerment, more like an admin function - Half the workforce don't even work but they continue to be billed or given bonus and raise. - Racism and yes you heard it right. Compensation offered based on nationality and so does importance and performance bonus - I have literally heard from leaders saying that if they don't like someone, they should be out of the company - Many great skilled ppl who relocate to UAE to make a life and career are been thrown out like garbage in name of restructuring and in few months they continue to hire more - Highly bureaucratic leaders, if u follow up you get ur work done - Mental well being will be zero..most are on survival mode to save their job no matter how good they are at their jobs - Avoid if you could, don't get deceived by their social media posts

Pros

Probably the only pro is the salary and benefits Well known group in abudhabi

Cons

Please note that this review pertains exclusively to the Enterprise Tooling department till 2025 and does not reflect the wider company. Unfortunately, the work environment under the departmental leadership specifically at the Director(now ex director) and Associate Director levels—is highly politicized and unprofessional. The culture is driven by extreme favoritism rather than merit, which creates a challenging and often hostile day-to-day experience for the team. Furthermore, there is a severe lack of transparency in the department's hiring practices. It is a widely shared and recognized concern among the staff that recruitment and are frequently based on personal connections and preferential backend treatment, rather than objective qualifications or fair process, which even the current team knows.
