Pros

Young and smart team, good product management and performance rewarded. People tended to stay with the company for quite a while which let to good team energy.

Cons

Integration challenges following lots of merger and acquisition activity. Got very big very quickly and growing pains were obvious and significant.

Pros

CoreComm employees had a vast amount of technical skills, and working among knowledgeable peers was great.

Cons

Very little respect for low level employees. Support personnel were treated as a commodity, and management was encouraged to push them to the breaking point.
