Great environment to work in. We treat each other like family. Everyone is willing to help each other out. Good to know employees want to succeed on meeting companies goals. The boss is aware that family issues could arise and She is always willing to come up with a plan to help. There is no micromanaging, as long as you are a hard worker things Will go smoothly. Show up and work and be a team player. I've seen employees leave and come back and I am one of those employees that left and came back cuz the grass was not greener. So grateful I was accepted back.

Very few, and I mean very few employee's complain about little things, which can make the vibe unpleasant.

Management is very compassionate, generous and extremely flexible. Fridays off for your birthday and paid medical . Over all a fun work environment. Employees were a pleasure to work with, minus a few " never satisfied, hard to please employees". Always room for advancement and always learning new things. By far one of the best places I have worked. Loved working here.

Cannot think of any Cons. Great place to work.
