Pros

The work environment is incredibly fast-paced, offering opportunities for professional growth. I enjoyed leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology, and the experience of working for a company in a state of hyper-growth was both exhilarating and exciting.

Cons

The company culture leans heavily toward a "tech bro" atmosphere that often feels unprofessional. While the environment encourages authenticity, it frequently crosses the line into inappropriateness, such as when a C-suite member used a racially insensitive term during an all-hands meeting. Beyond the problematic culture, the work environment is highly unforgiving. Employees are expected to consistently perform at a high level while working 60–80 hours per week, yet there is zero loyalty from leadership. The company demands total excellence, but even a minor mistake often results in management immediately planning to replace someone, even while they are training their successor.

Pros

A startup company with loads of potential. That's about it, though.

Cons

High levels of nepotism and favoritism. 95% of the travel team leaders treat the local team like garbage and bark orders like the sad shells of military personnel they used to be. 90% of the DCTs have ZERO experience and act like they know what they're doing. 4 of 5 DCTs can't explain the difference between MPO and LC.....wow. I was let go because someone didn't like me, and because I was a contractor, it was easy to let me go under my contract. 3 different stories of why I was fired, and not one of them was remotely true. Cowards. The local team fought to keep me because I was a huge asset, and the regional director for the travel team across the whole country told them, "contractors don't matter, and they are expendable." That's CoreWeave's regional director?! Scummy, shady, and sketchy. Do NOT work for this company unless you're a glad-handing yes-man with no morals, no skills, and who can't think for themselves. Easily the WORST data center company out there.
