Management is disorganized and lacks transparency. Important conversations are often avoided or handled indirectly, leaving instructors without clarity or support. The culture feels critical rather than constructive, and instructors are not treated with the professionalism or respect you would expect. This contributes to low morale and a high rate of instructor turnover. Overall, this was not a supportive or well-managed environment for instructors. Highly recommend teaching anywhere else for better pay and respect.
