Experience - Engineer Corindus Vascular Robotics Employee Review

I loved working here. Good, career building experiences as well as advancement opportunities. Despite some challenges (which are par for the course at any job), I look back on my time here fondly. I haven’t worked there since they were acquired by Siemens Heathineers, I moved just before that, so I can’t speak to how things are since then.

There were some less than ideal practices that I wish has been addressed more effectively.

Autonomy when things are going well. A few really good people. CEO has great vision

Most of the sales leadership are clueless. Every hire from the corporate office or sales leadership team came from disposable. Not one hire from Intuitive/Mazor/Mako/ or any robotic capital company.
