The work environment presented significant challenges that negatively affected my mental health. The management team was often rude, and there was a particular manager who frequently bullied employees. Despite reporting these incidents to HR, no effective action was taken, likely due to close relationships between management and HR staff. This lack of accountability created a toxic atmosphere where disrespectful behaviour went unaddressed. Additionally, as someone from another country with an accent, I faced discrimination and disrespect despite performing my duties well. Support from leadership was virtually non-existent, making the workplace feel isolating and unfair. In summary, while the compensation is good, the negative treatment and lack of support make it difficult to recommend working here. If you value a respectful and supportive work environment, I would advise considering other opportunities.
