      Business is thriving and steady work. Generates lots of revenue...for those at the top

      Cons

      No respect or value for those who do the most for the company. Will hire absolutely anyone so the turnover rate is ridiculous. Total lack of established middle management/supervisors as a result.

      None at all not what so ever

      Cons

      Low pay. Want the best skill level for the lowest pay they can get. I have 22yrs documented welding certs. Pays 22 an hr. Hires you for one thing makes you do another. As long as the joke of office personal can make 200k a yr. Who care about the working man
