Pros

Decent starting pay, friendly co-workers, plenty of overtime, interesting work, able to advance quickly with good work ethic, managers will lookout for good employees and solve problems as they arrive, occasional food truck or games to play for prizes such as bingo, safety is a high priority for all individuals, good benefits and insurance, also new boots every year.

Cons

Short on staff, failure to retain employees, horrible work life balance, working Saturdays, some workers do the job of multiple people whilst some do just their job nothing else, point system for attendance, uniforms are slow to arrive, can’t keep supervisors, constant changes as to who you’re working with without any notice, work culture refuses to change or adapt to something new or easier, music is not allowed unless on radios but if a supervisor or team lead thinks it’s too loud then they will turn it off so for all purposes it’s not allowed unless your a lab tech who have been seen to wear AirPods on production floor without hassle, constant changes from management side on small and big issues without inquiring if it would better for production associates or not only to help them get their goals that only pay them more.

Pros

Decent pay but that’s about it.

Cons

Very hostile work environment, senior management is very derogatory towards employees but will gossip with their favorites. Very little emphasis on training and a rather unhealthy and dangerous work environment due to the uncleanliness of the plant floor. The senior management team is also very openly disrespectful and will aggressively target employees that they don’t like with performance improvement plans.
