      Pros

      Pay is great, work-life balance for the warehouse part of the facility is nice, learning opportunities are plentiful, and they award you stock for staying there long enough. Also, you can get a quarterly bonus or have attendance points removed.

      Cons

      It gets hot, it's physical, and it requires a little bit of danger. Also, the Blue Cross Blue Shield has a deductible.
