Pros
4 weeks of vacation, which to me, is good. Also a couple of personal days and you get your sick leave. Salary somewhat competitive. CBB is made up of many businesses. Your experience here will be highly dependent on the business unit you end up in, and who the team is. In your interviews, I highly recommend getting to know who those people will be. In my particular division, you might get worn down from dealing with ...unsophisticated.... people. Unfortunately, sometimes it feels like you are losing IQ as you are talking to some of these people. Your mileage may vary.
Cons
Not all divisions receive the same level of leadership and attention. Some businesses acquired by CBB may have snakes working for them. Strategic direction lacking for some business units. I noticed most middle managers are stretched very thin to where they don't have the time to mentor you or lead, really. A lot of firefighting and fixing things with regards to the transitions of all the business acquisitions. Structured kind of weirdly.
