      Pros

      Some of the people you work with are super helpful and very hard workers. Leads are usually the main people keeping things running well throughout the day. They do a great job.

      Cons

      Teaching is very minimal here. There is literally 0 training. There is a “mandatory training” however it’s 2 weeks and they really don’t show you how to do anything except one time. When it comes to starting lines by yourself the leads are responsible for teaching you but they go super fast and you’re never really teach in depth how to do it correctly. Then when the line jams it’s your fault.

      Not many, other than it’s a corporate setting so decisions get made slowly. Including decisions that might improve work.

Constructive feedback or process critiques are routinely penalized or labeled as "attitude problems," stalling genuine quality progression. High Indirect Turnover: This management-by-coercion style has dismantled workplace psychological safety, leading to ongoing administrative volatility and high turnover among supervisory and technical staff.
