Best school I have ever worked for. Supportive of teachers and staff. Like a big family, really. They never micromanage.

Accountability of teachers is a bit lacking. Admin should be walking thru classrooms on a weekly basis. Just a quick walk thru would keep most on task. Micromanaging isn’t necessary, but keeping an eye on what everyone is doing is always good.

There are so many pros! Admin is very supportive and 0 micromanaging. Having these 2 together is not common. Students are mostly well behaved and respectful. This school is like a big family. I’ve been teaching for awhile and this is hands down, the BEST school I have ever taught at!
