Pros
Pretty open company and many of the people are very nice and down to earth. I hesitate to use the buzzword "family environment" as I don't believe there is such a thing in the world of business...really, if your family starts having financial trouble, they will not kick you out of the family so the comparison for a company is not spot on. But, really a great place to work and has a lot of growth potential.
Cons
The feeling of job stability seems to teeter back and forth as all the eggs are in one basket...and that basket is the travel industry (Needs to diversify offerings). Top-level management makes some questionable descisions that have hurt the business and are not on board with each other...Needs work to unify that team. Pay is decent but below average in the current marketplace.
