It's a good team and they understand how difficult it is to manage the codebase. I have been excited to work with them since I started and while things may get stressful at times, we have a good group of people having other peoples back.
Cons
The codebase is a mish-mash of code that is not well done. Not saying the coders hired there are bad, but with legacy apps and our unique relationship with the code base (developed by another company that we basically mod), it's sometimes difficult to work around it.
