Pros
Professional studio environment; great gear, studios and backdrops to work with, fast paced...makes day go by quickly, learned a lot from peers. Pay can be decent in the busy season.
Cons
Seasonal job so it's not year round. Though the owner is super nice; he seems removed from the day to day operations. Was surprised he didn't know how certain department ran. And his office manager wears her feelings on her sleeve and has a sense of martyrism to herself. You'll know if you're not liked. I also didn't feel heard when making suggestions to department head. There's definitely favoritism too.
