I have been working with Cornerstone Staffing for over 14 years in various roles. Cornerstone is locally owned in Omaha, so there is a personal touch to the roles they are filling to the local area. Brooke is a great business owner, with full a breadth of knowledge on industry trends. The recruiters are passionate about the work they do with both their clients and candidates. Top notch!

A Con? Not so much... A Challenge? Absolutely! These are very exciting times for Cornerstone as the aging workforce continues to bring a talent shortage to the job market. Companies will need to appeal to the job seekers more than ever as the market becomes extremely competitive. Employment branding is key for success with the next generation and it will be critical for Cornerstone to relay that message to their clients and candidates as a 3rd party agency.
