Pros
Many benefits and encouragement plans for good workers. Many special courses and things to learn. A very stable work place. Corning exists for 150 years, and growing all the time. Innovative company. Supplies supplementary for many good tends, but not trend oriented.
Cons
There is some bureaucracy in the company that I would be happy to avoid. The company is new to Israel, so I don't see many cons now.
