      benefits and pay were fairy good

      Cons

      Complete chaos and no leadership. Transferring to new jobs only after a two year period in current job. People would take lateral positions simply to get out f the job they were currently in. Little to no growth opportunity.

      not busy, easy job. no need to work overtime.

      Cons

      They prefer to promote their people. some kind of peoples may not have a fair opportunity. A wrong color can destroy everything.
