Pros
Good work life balance in my experience (some roles/departments are very demanding), good benefits, generally positive work experience.
Cons
Pressure to relocate if you want to move up in the company, project timelines are usually aggressive and somewhat unachievable. Many years of record sales and profit, but raises seem to be relatively low across the corp.
