Pros
Hours and pay. Support of immediate supervisors.
Cons
As soon as had to have my FMLA upped due to arthritis, I was terminated. They said I hit a pole. The lift shook. There was no damage on the pole, or the lift. The alarm didn’t go off. It is sensitive. I assumed the fork bounded as it often does. They said I lied, but they wouldn’t show me the video. My arthritis has worsened, but I’m still a hard worker. I fell on ice at work, they didn’t want to give me workman’s comp for the 2 days I was out. Then, I had to have my FMLA lengthened. Those were the reasons behind my termination. The woman in HR gave me a hard time over bereavement leave when my dad died. She was proven wrong. She was also behind the denial of the workman’s comp time. She was proven wrong. Coincidentally, she was the one who led the termination meeting. This was retaliation and discrimination. I always worked over. My reviews were good. I had just received a raise per my immediate supervisors.
