If you are ok with being a p/t coder or ROI then positions will eventually turn into a fulltime contract. Manager and staff are very friendly and supportive! Nice little hospital. Nice park and gazebo in back to eat your lunch.

No medical benefits or vacation if you are contract, at least not if you are with OPSEU union.
