More than anything the Fellows Program gives you time to figure out what it is that you want to do. You;ll have 11 other people with different perspectives and backgrounds to push your understanding of the world. You'll venture into a learning zone often and will be challenged to make your own decisions.
Cons
The focus during the program is very int he moment. What happens after the fellowship ends is up to you. It can certainly be challenging to apply to any prestigious graduate program and get in, but it's been done many time over,
