      Great pay. Flexible hours if you give due notice. Free CPR and First Aid training. Employee access to facilities such as fitness centre and pools on days off.

      none. Great staff and great atmosphere.

      Pros

      You get to know everyone that works to the resort all the way up to the gm. Laid back

      Cons

      No room to move up at the resort. Set in there ways and do not change a whole lot.
