Little heavy on internal politics, lot of employee attrition, negative management approach

I joined as a fresher with less confidence about myself thinking whether I could survive in IT field but as soon as I entered I felt good and people in this company gave me very good rapport and environment which helped me building my career. Precisely Coromandel gave me a very vast exposure in the Software engineering right from requirement gathering to production movement, which will not be given in many companies. And they gave me opportunities in working with wide range of technologies right from UI to Backend which helped me highly in building my technical skills. Motivation and appreciation factor in this company was high which will help us to move constantly without any frustration. Above all they believed me and it is because of them I am what I am now. Lastly our career growth will be positive when we are surrounded with positive people, yes you can get these kinda people here. For sure I will be back to this company and I one hundred percentage recommend this company to anyone.
