Pros

Easy work, once you know who does what and when.

Cons

The company would have been a great place to stay but there are too many leaders and no one willing to follow one common goal. When this trickles down to the employee level, it becomes difficult to do your job when most of your reports come from people who don't do their jobs.

Pros

Even if sales are down, they are able to "adjust the books" to show a profit which result in employee bonuses. If you like to kiss butt, this is your new home.

Cons

Each department and leader has significant control over their staff and RARELY considers worker suggestions or share of power best describes the culture. You're authorized to spend maybe $100 without approval. Leadership and culture is "our way or highway." No new ideas wanted. They will say they want them, but really do not. When the top guy is in town, he shows up at 8:45am, takes a long lunch and gone by 3PM. Few if any senior team members walk around and talk to employees. 2018 employee changes include a top sales leader who was pushed out, a national sales account person demoted, two marketing mgrs left, two sales mgrs left, a quality mgr and one senior engineer left the company. All under the leadership of the same person. Hiring process is by committee with NO guidance on HOW to select or measure the candidate's qualifications. And expect the hiring process to take 4-6 months.
