Favoritism is played here. Very racist. Can't excel. They hire only spanish speaking Hispanic/Latino. Caucasians are the only supervisors even if they don't know the job. They are the only ones who can make a thousand mistakes and still keep a job. They also will blame you for their f-ups. They do not go by osha guidelines. No proper ppe.
