Pros

Work from home set up

Cons

- The owner disrespects, belittles and berates employees every chance she gets - they allowed another employee to bully me then gave her a promotion to another role then when she disrespected everyone else in the department they demoted her and offered me the role after they realized she was horrible at the tasks they gave her - In meetings, when other supervisors quit the CEO would talk trash about them openly to everyone in the meeting - they won’t negotiate your salary and the pay is atrocious - They write you up for anything and everything - They make up new rules to pay their staff less - They claim to care about diversity but you don’t get MLK Day off or other normal holidays - They micromanage everything - People quit left and right - They lost a huge account and had to lay off alot of people

Pros

Corpnet truly is a little family of their own. The CEO Nellie and Phil are very involved in their company, are always willing to help you however they can, and they do care about their staff. There are many opportunities for career advancement & to move within the company (I only left because I became a nurse!).

Cons

I really can't think of any. Somebody should definitely have the mindset that they're working in a busy environment because they get a lot of business.

Pros

Being fully remote, equipment is paid for and pretty flexible with work times

Cons

Corpnet uses a software called Hubstaff that you have to turn on EVERYDAY to monitor your percentage of work done. Its the biggest micromanaging tool and if you dont hit a certain percent you will be reprimanded even if you hit your numbers for the day. Pay is extremely low considering how much the CEO makes. There are group chats to allow for non work talk and there was a time where she called out two people for not working during "peak", This really messed with the company culture. There are no raises yet the CEO has a 30k Hermes bag, and goes on family trips to Europe, while her employees barely make enough to live. Over time is sometimes REQUIRED and if you do not work it you will be written up. Favoritism is very high within this company so if you get on one persons bad side, good luck trying to move up. To anyone applying here I would do so with a grain of salt.
