Pros

On the exterior, Fleetcor has a strong brand. Ranked as a top innovator, recent strategic partnership with First Data from their Comdata division. But on the inside, is a mess.

Cons

Massive turnover has them holding "recruitment events" every other month, flooding in new hire classes in Norcross with 20-30 people. The turnover is over 50% and I would say that roughly 20% of all inside/outbound sellers are at plan YTD. Meaning, no one is making any money. Which also translates into high turnover.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
