Good hours and location.

This is and was the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. The company cheats their customers - They do not deliver what is promised - The give business to the reps that sucks up to management or are sleeping with a management - This company has several law suits against them which the company has lost to and is still losing to the other suits as they unfold - There are allot of jealousy/ envious people - Heavily untrained illiterate management and upper management members - No Support - Power hungry cut throats devils. Management sabotage and steels your deals and past it on secretly to the reps of favor and are sleeping with. They cheat the reps out of the salary, commissions, and gallons that aids in meeting the president club pseudo enticements. Managers were just fired due to long years of stealing deals unlawfully and to cover the higher up management that allowed these pattern and practice acts to continue. Management will throw you under the bus if you know more than they do and if you get the business. It does not matter how professional and quite you are, they will get you. JEALOUSLY and CONTROL

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

Cons

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
