FLEETCOR attract and operate a diverse workforce with equal pay and benefits; the company benchmark and review salaries every year to ensure that employees are paid comparatively within the market. If an employee has hit their objectives and is displaying the behaviours required, then they will be considered for a salary review. We advertise all internal roles within the business via a weekly newsletter. We strongly encourage internal promotion and transfers as we do not want to lose the knowledge we have in the business. Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
