      WORKING IN OFFICE WITH COVID-19 - Anonymous employee Corpay Employee Review

      None. They lie to their employees and use them for their own game.

      Cons

      They are making their office workers that have the capability to work from home, work in the office of a huge building near the international airport in Minneapolis. There is more than 4,000 cases of coronavirus out break in the US as of today and yet they keep saying we're holding off. They promised people to work from home weeks ago if Minnesota had more than 10 cases. However, they're not doing that and we have more than 2 dozen cases now. We should be working from home as our group has older people, pregnant people and more so. This is outrageous.

      We are evaluating and testing workplace policies to determine both the technical and practical capabilities this will have on our business. Although not all of our jobs can be done remote, various technology and business teams are working around the clock to expand this capacity.       Pros

      I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

      Cons

      My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
