Pros

They work with your schedule. They have different shift hours. They front load sick time and PTO time.

Cons

Pay, they hold off a long time before giving raises. Not all departments/branches are created equal. They also create new rules so they do not have to pay you if you have sick calls or emergency calls. High turn over rates because of all the rule changes that contradict each other. All shifts and positions are seniority based, but they don't adhere to that rule at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your long-standing commitment to Corpay. We appreciate hearing from team members with several years at the company. We are pleased you find management accommodating and value the opportunity for stock and ownership. We acknowledge your concern about frequent changes, especially regarding pay and evolving responsibilities. While change is constant in our industry, it should not result in team members feeling they are being asked to do more for less. Your feedback helps us maintain this balance as we review role expectations, compensation, and communication. Thank you again for your openness. Insights from current team members are essential to our ongoing improvement.
